The Huron County Democratic Party Traveling Headquarters makes its last stop for 2021 at Suhr Park in Norwalk, Saturday, October 23rd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The party welcomes people to stop by, have some coffee, or cider, and doughnuts, and get info on this November's election and about the ongoing effort to end gerrymandering and draw fair legislative districts.

A feature of the Traveling Headquarters has been the display of seven flags: Old Glory, the flag of each branch of the military, and the POW-MIA flag. Once the flags are setup on Saturday, party members will observe a moment of silence for their recently-deceased colleague, Royce Ganz, who made the flag stands from his used disc plows.

People in our community are still in need, so party members will be collecting for the Non-Food Bank. if you can, please bring items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, toothpaste, etc.
